Cu Chi Tunnels & Ho Chi Minh City Tour – Full Day

Morning Activities

Pick up at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, we will take a 50-km drive to Cu Chi Tunnels – the Iron land of Southern Vietnam where the Vietnamese lived and fought during the American War. On arrival, we will explore the maze of tunnels which is the location of military campaigns during wars. Some of the tunnels have been widened to allow tourist access. We will also see the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500lb bombs dropped by B52 bombers.

Afternoon Activities

Return to the city center for lunch, after lunch, we will visit some of the must-see sites in the city such as the Reunification Palace, the palace of the Old President in Southern Vietnam during the American War, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Post Office with masterpieces of French architecture. We will finish our day with free time for shopping at the huge Ben Thanh market. The tour by Vietnam DMC ends at our hotel.
