Sapa Attractions

Built as the holiday resort by French in 1922, Sapa is a peaceful mountainous town in the northwestern Vietnam where tourist activities is growing. It’s illustrious for authentic scenery, favorable weather and cultural diversity of ethnic groups which lure many international tourists in package tour or backpackers. The town is endowed with the most of the spectacular sceneries with the green valley of rice terraces, the mountain range dimly loomed in mist, ad graceful villages scattering in the hills. Arriving to Sapa, travelers should spend their time to challenge Fansipan peak – “the roof of Indochina”, or attend Love Market where traditional love songs, dance are performed. Additionally, the cultural diversity of hill-tribe people is kept over time, making a deep overlook of locals’ life. Sapa is dominated by H’mong people who are quite timid for first meet but open up for a visit to their home. Most of them are little educated, but have a good command of English, French for doing tourism. After all, it is no doubt that Sapa is one of the most fascinating destinations of your trip in Vietnam.
